Park Ride Now VIP Parking LLC

By purchasing a parking pass or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Parking Services

Park Ride Now VIP Parking LLC provides paid parking services for special events, which may include shuttle transportation to and from nearby venues.

Parking passes are valid only for the specified event date and are subject to availability.

Shuttle Transportation

Shuttle service is provided as a convenience and is included with your parking pass unless otherwise stated.

• Shuttle schedules may vary based on traffic, weather, or event conditions
• We do not guarantee specific pickup or drop-off times
• Shuttle service may be modified or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control

Entry & Parking Passes

• Entry requires a valid parking pass or QR code confirmation
• Each pass is valid for one vehicle only
• Passes must be presented upon arrival for entry

Arrival & Departure

Guests are responsible for arriving within posted operating hours.

Early arrival or late departure may not be accommodated. Overnight parking is not permitted unless expressly authorized.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase
• Prices may increase as event dates approach

Vehicle Safety & Personal Property

While reasonable security measures may be in place, Park Ride Now VIP Parking LLC is not responsible for:

• Theft or damage to vehicles
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Acts of third parties

Customers park at their own risk.

Assumption of Risk

By using our parking and shuttle services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with vehicle parking, boarding shuttle transportation, and event-related activities.

Conduct & Compliance

Customers must comply with all posted signage, staff instructions, and applicable laws.

Unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Ride Now VIP Parking LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, accidents, government actions, or venue restrictions.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify parking locations, shuttle routes, operating hours, or service procedures as necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
